| At present, the macroporous adsorption resin is widely used in medicine, environmental, chemical and food industry. And it has unique advantages and broad prospects in natural products and chemical composition on the separation and purification of enrichment of Chinese herbal medicine. So as to avoid the toxicity of existing resin residue and shortcomings of difficult to degrade, in this paper, the macroporous adsorption resin of glycerin maleated rosinate modified acrylic acid was synthesized by Diels-Alder addition reaction and the esterify reaction and polymerization reaction using rosin as raw material.The characterization of its structure and adsorption properties were researched. The main research contents as follows:Firstly, the cross-linking agent of glycerin maleated rosinate modified acrylic acid was synthesized by two esterify reaction with the catalyst of p-toluenesulfonic acid using maleated rosin, glycerin and acrylic acid as raw materials.The product is light yellow oily liquid, and the yield is 93.2%.The structure of the product have been characterized by FT-IR, and the molecular weight is Mn=1093ã€Mw=1703〠Mp=772 measured by GPC.Secondly, the macroporous adsorption resin of glycerin maleated rosinate modified acrylic acid was synthesized by the cross-linking agent of glycerin maleated rosinate modified acrylic acid and methyl methacrylate as functional monomer. It has not been reported in the literature. The effects of the variety of comonomer and pore types and dosage of the impact on the pore structure and adsorption capacity were researched. The performances of the macroporous adsorption resin of glycerin maleated rosinate modified acrylic acid were measured using Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM) and Simultaneous Thermal Analyzer.The degree of crosslinking of the polymer is 96%, mechanical strength is 9.3 N per grain, the thermal stability is good as 25% weight loss under 380℃.The resin is a regular spherical body and the distribution is homogeneous. There are a large number of holes in the surface and interior analysis from the Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) photos.Thirdly, the statical adsorption behavior of the macroporous adsorption resin for notoginsenoside Rgl were studied with static adsorption method in the experiment and its dynamics, thermodynamics and adsorption mechanism were respectively studied.The results showed that the maximum static saturated adsorption capacity onto the macroporous adsorption resin of glycerin maleated rosinate modified acrylic acid for rutin hydrate reached 10.6 mg/g, the absorbing saturation time was 90min. The rates of adsorption were affected both by film diffusion and intra-particle diffusion and the equilibrium of the adsorption could be fitted to Langmuir-type of isotherm equation. The maximum static saturated adsorption capacity for notoginsenoside Rg1 reached 18.02 mg/g, the absorbing saturation time was 140 min. The process of adsorption was fast process, and was affected both by film diffusion and intra-particle diffusion and the equilibrium of the adsorption could be fitted to Langmuir-type of isotherm equation. Both of the absolute value of the enthalpy changes was less than 40kJ/mol, and both are physical adsorption. |
