| In this paper, the effect of micro current electrolysis and the combination of micro electrolysis and UV on the removal of ammonia nitrogen and microorganism in aquaculture seawater were studied under different temperatures, flow velocities and current densities, and the optimum conditions were obtained. The synergistic effect and influence factors of micro current electrolysis combined with UV on ammonia nitrogen removal were explored. The feasibility of micro current electrolysis and UV combined with water treatment in aquaculture water was verified. The effects of fish growth and combined treatment on the activity of cultured object were also tested. The main results are as follows:(1) Under the condition of micro current electrolysis, the flow velocity and temperature had little effect on the removal of ammonia nitrogen, the current density was the main factor which affects the removal of ammonia nitrogen. The optimal conditions for removing ammonia nitrogen were 40A/m2,32℃ and 500mL/min, and the removal of ammonia nitrogen was in accordance with the two order kinetics and the correlation coefficient R2 achieved was above 0.9.(2) Micro current electrolysis combined with UV treatment of ammonia nitrogen removal has good synergistic effect. When the ammonia nitrogen was removed completed, the residual chlorine in the water will significantly increase. In addition, the solid particles and the actual water will have a remarkable effect on the effect of the micro current electrolysis combined with UV light.(3) In the process of micro current electrolysis disinfection, current density and flow rate are the two important factors that affect the electrolysis disinfection, bactericidal effect increased with current density. In a proper velocity range, increased to enhance the sterilization effect; and micro electrolysis disinfection process in accordance with rather complex kinetics, and R2 under different conditions were above 0.9, the model has a good forecast effect; at the same time, residual chlorine electrolysis process consumes less, resulting in higher electrolytic water residual chlorine.(4) In the practical breeding process, micro electrolysis combined with UV water treatment with activated carbon to remove the residual chlorine process can effectively remove ammonia nitrogen in the water and kill off microorganisms, and maintain the stability of the water quality parameters; in the process of breeding fish weight keep sustained growth, and the theory of growth phase ratio and no significant difference; the activity of glutamate dehydrogenase(GHD), alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and carbonic anhydrase (CA)activity have improved to some extent. |
