| Wool has been noted for its excellent property. But the waste came from production is serious. Regenerated keratin fibers realized the fiber-regeneration of abandoned keratin fiber which obtained by using dry-wet spinning technology, while the properties and structure of the fibers were imperfect, post-treatment of drawing in stream and applying oil on the regenerated keratin fibers was studied to improve the properties and structure of RK fibers. Firstly, it was studied the drafting of steam on the properties of regenerated protein fiber structure and impact. With the increase of the drafts and regenerated protein fiber orientation, crystallization structure gradually perfect, part of configuration by alpha helix into beta fold and fiber reduced the boiling water shrinkage rate, fracture stress increases, the thermal decomposition temperature increase were found by comparing the different steam draft fiber microstructure, mechanical and thermal properties of experimental. Secondly, through the orthogonal experiment, optimization of process parameters of the preparation of regenerated protein fiber with oil, and finally got the best oil emulsion solution: select amino silicone oil, emulsifier for AEO 9, and the ratio of both to a 1-0. 4, mechanical mixing 30 min. The oil viscosity, stability, heat resistance, pervious to light can spontaneously and are the best. Finally, the preparation of good silicone oil emulsion on the regenerated protein fiber, using the homemade oil equipment, with the method of immersion in oil, by changing the drying temperature and time of oil found suitable for oiling technique parameters of regenerated protein fiber. Results show that when the oil time for 30 min, drying temperature is 120 ℃, the diameter of the fiber got reduced obviously, boiling water shrinkage rate dropped substantially, fiber surface structure obviously improved, hygroscopicity, better mechanical properties, whiteness value maximum. |
