The purpose of this topic is for yulin refinery hot water piping support design. Namely in the identified stent location reasonable decorate piping support, make the piping to meet the requirements of the economic and reasonable and safe and reliable.Using the finite element analysis software AutoPIPE yulin refinery hot water piping model, through the software of piping stress analysis of the function of static analysis, according to ASME B31.3 specification for piping safety assessment, and through changes to the bracket position or type of stent method improving the performance of piping, piping system meet the safety requirements; Then take the stress of the largest pipe point of AC pipe stress analysis, found that section of the middle part is a larger force, and decisive is axial force, the main factors influencing the axial force is caused by temperature expansion force; Section in the middle part of the bending moment is mainly caused by its own gravity pipe and accessories. Near the bend pipe bending moment is caused by the expansion force and internal pressure, is expanding force plays the leading role; Allow section bend is just the right amount of displacement, which can greatly reduce the expansive force; Displacement at the ends of the section is bigger, need reasonable control through the fixed bracket, and makes the pipes to be both safe and does not affect the operation of adjacent devices.In this paper, through the establishment of yulin AUTOPIPE software refinery hot water piping system model, and carries on the bracket design, through the stress analysis, meet the specification requirements of the ASME B31.3 and the piping system safe and reliable.
