| There are 80 known elements in coal at present, and many of them will be enriched in industrial deposits such as Ge,U,V. Some metal and noble metal elements in fly ash can be developed when they are enriched to suitable content and scale.According to the results, it is detected that fly ash contains associated mineral resources with great economic value in Guanbanwusu mine, such as rare metal lithium and important industrial metal aluminum. However, the origin, enrichment time, occurrence state, control factor, mineralization mechanism and model of Li associated with coal have not yet been established. Therefore, the main carriers are needed to be laid down, which contribute to put forward a complete technological process of sequential extraction Li and Al. So the study is of great economic significance to guide the energy minerals and associated metal mineral exploration and development.In the study, SCEP has been used to study the state of lithium in coal, the results show that the main occurrence of Li is Si-Al oxide bound in coal, Li enters mineral crystal lattice in isomorphism way. Li can be combined with some organic matter in coal, so the lithium of organic state also accounts for a considerable part of content in the coal. The main genetic type of enrichment for Li in coal is source rock controlled type, and the occurrence of Li in coal is closely related to weathering, sedimentary and diagenesis-mineralization. Thus the key factor of extracting lithium is the destruction of the Al-Si key in order that the lithium is released.In this paper, with fly ash from power plant as raw materials, using orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment to arrange the tests. On the basis of two test methods including acid sintering and alkali sintering, taking the high extraction rate, low cost and pollution-free as principle, we can put forward the best testing program that extracting lithium is combined method through improved and modified. The combined method is acid and alkali combination sintering method. The best experimental conditions as following:the particle size of fly ash is 200 mesh; the mass ratio between fly ash and activator is 2:1; the first sintering temperature 1000℃ and sintering time 30min; the mass ratio between fly ash and sintering agent is 1 : 3; the second sintering temperature is 400℃ and sintering time 60min; acid leaching temperature is 80℃ and leaching time 60min; sintering temperature of separation between lithium and aluminum is 500℃ and sintering time 30min;the temperature of evaporation and concentration is 60℃; the temperature of sodium evolution is -5℃; the conditions of lithium precipitation:feeding solid way; the speed of feeding is 0.65g/min; the temperature of lithium precipitation is 25℃ and time 67-70min. By this test program, the extraction rate of lithium can reach 80.74%, the extraction rate of laluminum can reach 85.42%. |
