| In order to reduce environmental pollution caused by scouring waste water and scouring litter, and cut down the waste of resources, immobilized technology of scouring and comprehensive utilization technology of resources are studied. With the good performance of the PU film, using the adsorption and biocompatibility of chitosan, chitosan and polyurethane (PU) are mixed, while adding sugar to form carbon nutrient, and then blend membranes are made, sucrose carbon in the blend membrane is evenly released, it can be absorbed and used by microorganisms. According to the composition and biological characteristics of flocculant, Aspergillus sojae is selected as a immobilized microbe, and immobilized in the blend membrane of chitosan and polyurethane. And its surface morphology, water absorption, infrared spectra characteristics and the fixed effect of experimental of Aspergillus is also tested.The effect of the removal of wool scouring effluent is analysized with Minitab software,including the factors,such as film sucrose content, sodium nitrate, temperature, initial pH, concentration of chitosan membrane, the initial COD and the treatment time.Experiments show that the surface morphology of the blend films gradually became porous from dense with the increasing of the content of chitosan powder, becoming sponge-like structure, and the film become worse with the increase of chitosan content. The distribution of each component in the blend films are uniform, compatibility between the two are good; the water absorption of the films is gradually improved, along with the increasing of chitosan and nutrition. As the performance needs of the fixed membrane, we select 20% of chitosan content and 5% carbon content of the films, after the 48 hours immobilization, the Aspergillus are immobilized well. We study the performance Immobilized carrier and the effect of external conditions of immobilization. It’s verified by the experiment that after treatment with blend membrane, COD of the wool scouring effluent decreases to 100mg/L from 12000mg/L, the concentration of suspended solids (SS) reduces to 55mg/L from 1935mg/L, which met the requirements of the "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB8979-1996) at PH7.0 and the temperature 30℃.Meanwhile, in order to make full use of resources, after the mechanical centrifugal extraction of lanolin on the wool scouring wastewater, the sludge and the litter are composted after the production process, The mixture bacterial I of the scouring sludge are activated, Bacillus mucilaginosus and Streptomyces are added into the mixture bacterials,we get complex bacterium Ⅱ, which are implanted into scouring litter and sludge, composted for 120 days. Finally, we detect the content of available nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus. Experiments demonstrate that nitrogen and phosphorus increase with time, but grow slowly and the cycle is long,potassium was almost unchanged. |
