Nearer in the last years, Accompany with the rapid development of the economy of our country, The environment problem is outstanding day by day. While continuing deterioration of the environment pollution will be brought challenges to the healthy development of the socio-economic. Temporal and spatial analysis of atmospheric pollution and its impact factor has become a hot issue in the field of environmental science closely. This paper studies the status quo on the basis of the relevant domestic and international analysis, Heilongjiang atmospheric emissions of major pollutants analysis and quantitative research.Through the relationship of Heilongjiang atmospheric major pollutants emissions and economic growth can be see that Kuznets curves of major air pollutants like SO2, NOx and smoke dust are presented as inverted U-type, monotonical-type and N-type. While paying attention to and relating to over a long period to EKC of three kinds of pollutants in the atmosphere, also want to pay attention to the long and short-term mutual influence relation between air pollutant emissions and the main factors. Make use of Engle-Granger to help the whole examination and Granger to influence a relation examination method to Heilongjiang 1993-2013 year, per capita atmospheric emissions of major pollutants and factors carried on substantial evidence analysis. Results:1993-2013, with the sustained economic growth in Heilongjiang Province, three kinds of emissions of major atmospheric pollutants are increasing. Cointegration tests indicate the presence of a more significant long-term equilibrium and close links between Heilongjiang sustained economic growth with three kinds of air pollutant emissions. Based VECM model Granger causality test showed that: Between economic growth and emissions of atmospheric pollutants strong unidirectional causal relationship exists, suggesting that economic growth in Heilongjiang Province is an important cause of emissions of air pollutants change. Pass to divide bad decomposition analytical result the further quantity turn of proved this conclusion.Based on the main three kinds of spatial and temporal variation of atmospheric pollutants and analysis of influencing factors for the development of Heilongjiang atmospheric science development plan and the sustainable socio-economic development with an important theoretical and practical significance.
