In recent years, the composite material has the high specific strength and modulus. Its stiffness, weight, strength, fatigue, and other aspects of the comprehensive characteristic also is superior than the general material, so it is more and more used in aerospace, automotive, shipbuilding and other fields. Carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composites is prepared by carbon fiber and resin. It is enhanced by carbon fiber, resin bonded carbon fiber together. Its comprehensive performance is better than metal alloy. Laser processing has high speed, energy concentration, and less thermal stress. Due to technical superiority, so laser can almost process all of the materials, the laser processing technology successfully used in the preparation of composite material will has great influence on the preparation of carbon fiber composite materials. As with the development of high performance thermoplastic resin composites, and thermoplastic resin matrix composites molding process is more and more mature, at present, the research of thermoplastic resin matrix composites has become a research hotspot.This paper studied the improvement method of carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin matrix composites molding process of the, on the basis of the traditional hand lay-up molding, the introduction of laser transmission scanning technology, by comparing the mechanical properties of carbon fiber composites before and after the introduction of laser, analysis of influence of the laser scanning transmission technology to hand lay-up molding process. Through the experiment,we find that the best way to prepare Carbon fiber reinforced poly-carbonate matrix composites is hand lay-up molding + twice laser transmission scanning. Under the condition of unchanged liquid phase oxidation treatment, The bending strength of hand lay-up molding + twice laser transmission scanning is higher than hand lay-up molding + a laser transmission scanning sample, about 7.15%- 32.37%. And the hand lay-up molding + twice laser transmission scanning specimen tensile strength higherthan hand lay-up molding + a laser transmission scanning sample, probably increased by 40.42% to 40.42%.Later, in order to further improve the mechanical strength of carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin matrix composites, improve its mechanical properties.We carried out a purge of CFRP and oxidation treatment respectively, by changing the cleaning method and cleaning time, comparison of different oxidation method and oxidation times influence to carbon fiber, to determine the best carbon fiber processing scheme, which cleaning method is ethanol+acetone(1:1), the processing time is 2 h; the oxidation treatment is liquid-phase oxidation- citric acid oxidation treatment, optimal oxidation time for 3 h. Under the processing time, the bending strength of carbon fiber composites increased by 33.98% to 33.98%, the tensile strength increased by 17.42%- 35.59%, achieves the maximum value. The comprehensive performance of carbon fiber composite material achieved the best.Finally, in this experiment, the CBT(Circular butyl glycol terephthalate) is used to improve the viscosity of the resin solution, and explore the best CBT content is1.5%, analyzes the mechanism and carbon fiber reinforced carbon fiber composite materials mechanics strength changes mechanism.
