It’s some kind of Practical valuable to study the com Pression bending Pro Perties of different fineness of su Perfine wool fiber which can Provide theoretical su PPort for enter Prise in making full use of su Perfine wool fiber, o Ptimizing Producing Process and equi Pments, im Proving the Pro Perties of fabrics made from high count yarn based on the demand conditions of su Perfine wool fiber and market in China. The com Pression bending Pro Perties of different fineness of su Perfine wool fiber was studied. The statics of Peak force, bending stiffness and equivalent bending modulus and bending com Pression curves were obtained by testing the com Pression bending Pro Perties of different fineness of su Perfine wool fiber. The com Pression bending Pro Perties of different fineness of su Perfine wool fiber was analysised and Predicted,and the affecting factors of the com Pression bending Pro Perties was studied. Morever, tested and analysised the tensile Pro Perties and crystallinity etc.The basic Performance and structure of su Perfine wool fiber was tested. The results were that the better intensity of su Perfine wool fiber were 18.5μm and 19.5μm between 14.5μm and 19.5μm.The fineness is bigger, the breaking elongation is more. The scales structures of su Perfine wool fiber were irregular annular, Pocket and larger density in the SEM. The crystallinity of su Perfine wool fiber were(14.5μm and 15.5μm)<(16.5μm and 17.5μm)<(18.5μm and 19.5μm). The test was analysised incor Poration with X-ray figure of different fineness of su Perfine fineness wool fiber.Tested and research the bending com Pression Performance of different fineness of su Perfine wool single fiber, the results were that the Peak force and bending stiffness increases as the diameter of fiber increases. The average equivalent bending modulus of all fineness fibers were about 2.3GPa.The bending load in the Process of com Pressing and bending of 14.5μm increased to 0.08 m N and fluctuated in the limited range. However, the bending load of 15.5μm,16.5μm and 18.5μm in the Process of com Pressing and bending were steady in the limited range after the test started.The bending load of 17.5μm was about 0.20 m N while the 19.5μm was around 0.5 m N which the bending load increased slowly in the Process.The affecting factors of single su Perfine fineness wool fiber were studied in which discussed the influence of tem Perature and humidity, dyeing and different manufacturers etc. on different fineness of su Perfine wool fiber. The results were as follows:(1)The average of Peak force, equivalent bending modulus and bending stiffness in condition 1(t =25℃, φ=35%) was bigger than 2(t =20℃,φ=65%).(2)The diameter of fiber is bigger, the Peak force and bending stiffness of the unstained and the stained is bigger. The equivalent bending modulus were between 1.39GPa~2.7 GPa. Dyeing had limited effect on the com Pression bending Pro Perties of su Perfine fineness wool fiber.(3)The average of Peak force and bending stiffness of manufacturer 1 were better than manufacturer 2 obviously after studying the com Pression bending Pro Perties of the series su Perfine fineness wool fiber.(4)The Peak force, equivalent bending modulus and bending stiffness of su Perfine fineness wool fiber were bigger than cashmere obviously after studying the com Pression bending Pro Perties of su Perfine fineness wool fiber and cashmere. The bending com Pression curve of su Perfine fineness wool fiber was gentle than cashmere’s. The multimodal of com Pression bending curve of cashmere could be seen. The bending load was 0.25 m N in the Process of com Pression bending of su Perfine fineness wool fiber while the cashmere’s was under 0.25 m N. |
