Atmospheric pollution problem has increasingly become the focus of attention, dust bag filter with the advantages of high trapping efficiency has been widely used in all kinds of industrial dust control. Emissions flue gas in the process of all kinds of industrial often has the high temperature, which has a great influence on the service life of the filter. In recent years, with ammonia method denitration technology promoting, ammonia can enter the bag filter with flue gas in the practical application, so ammonia for the influence of filter media become an urgent new problems to solve. Therefore, researching the influence of ammonia on filter media durability under high temperature conditions has important practical value.Based on the design of filter media durability experiment device, the durable performance of the PPS filter media and P84 filter media is researched in two kinds of atmosphere, which is ammonia and air. The research results show that under the two kinds of atmosphere, the breaking strength of PPS filter first increased and then decreased with the increase of temperature. That shows that under the condition of high temperature thermal cross linking effect will increases filter media strength, but when the temperature exceeds 190 ℃, as the molecular chain ruptured, PPS filter media strength decline. Under the two kinds of atmosphere, with the extension of time, the tensile strength of PPS filter media has not obvious changes. Ammonia has little effect on the PPS filter media. Under air atmosphere, the zonal and meridional breaking strength of P84 filter media increased and then declined with the temperature increasing; Under the ammonia atmosphere, with the increase of temperature, the zonal breaking strength of P84 filter media declined downtrend straightly, the meridional breaking strength also showed a sharp decline; the meridional breaking elongation shows increasing trend and the zonal breaking elongation shows declining trend. Ammonia can make P84 filter media rapidly aging.Secondly, this paper also studies the strength characteristics of PPS filter media after ammonia water soaked, the results show that after soaking by ammonia water PPS filter media breaking strength and breaking elongation have not obviously changes. The research show that PPS filter media has very good alkali corrosion characteristics.Finally, this paper studies the pulse injection on PPS filter media strength properties. The effect of 10000 times injection experiments show that the pulse injection on PPS filter media has a little influence on the breaking strength and elongation.
