With the rapid development of our economy, iron and steel industry is also rapid development, at the same time, the growing demand for steel products, iron and steel industry is also stricter with product quality. Bearing is an important key components in steel and iron equipment, bearing directly influences the quality of the whole mechanical equipment running status: bearing is in normal operation condition can ensure normal operation of the whole machine, and when the bearing failure, will not be able to guarantee the quality of the products, lead to bad products, serious when even lead to stop production, so the bearing fault causing the deterioration of the quality of the products and even lead to the production of has caused more and more attention. Based on the Handan Iron and Steel company treasure abrasion of cold-rolled unit as the research object, tapered roller bearings, for example, fault diagnosis technology research, the specific contents are as follows:(1) This article focuses on the research of the Handan Iron and Steel Cold Rolling Plant product scheme, the main equipment of Handan Iron and Steel Cold Rolling Plant cold rolling units, the single rack temper mill unit parameters, combined with the related parameters, to determine the type of research bearing. Selected tapered roller bearings for the study, analysis of bearing failure type, proposed use based on HHT transform and improve LMS algorithm bearing fault diagnosis technology to analyze the vibration signal, do a good theoretical basis for judging the bearing fault frequencies.(2) Using improved LMS algorithm adaptive filter for obtained bearing vibration original signal filtering de-noising, then using HHT transform to decompose after filtered de-noising signal, and then obtain the Hilbert marginal spectrum of vibration signals, to determine the frequency of bearing failures.
