Study On Stress Corrosion Sensitivity Of TWIP Steel With Different Design

The main aim of this thesis is to the new design components oil equipment tube material TWIP steel corrosion properties,and with slow strain rate tensile (SSRT) test,conbined with modern microscopic analysis method instead of H2S corrosion environment,for the new design of composition of TWIP steel stress corrosion sensitivity study.TWIP steel has its high strength and high plasticity,the expandable tubular technology application has great potential in the field.Used in the manufacture of expandable pipe for TWIP steel,is defferent from traditional TWIP steel,according to the expansion pipe in the underground resistance to corrosion of the requirements, the new design of the TWIP steel in chemical composition added corrosion and grain refinement elements. The new composition of TWIP steel stress corrosion sensitivity studies, the TWIP steel as a material for manufacturing the expansion pipe in the acidic gas and high content of H2S gas security problem has important significance.The experimental results show that:the new design of the TWIP steel was added in Cr and Ni corrosion elements, and added the C element grain refinement. SSRT the experimental results show that the new design in TWIP steel, has a high SFE TWIP steel has higher sensitivity of stress corrosion, stacking fault energy low TWIP steel stress corrosion sensitivity was slightly lower, and the stacking fault energy low TWIP steel dislocation emission amount less and dislocation slip more difficult relevant to. TWIP steel stress corrosion fracture of remains for ductile fracture surface, the TWIP steel with high strength and ductility product related.
