With the development of the society, the motor vehicle is used more and more widely. The pollution caused by automobile exhaust is more and more serious, and it is harmful to the environment and human health. Diesel vehicles have been used more widely because of better economy. Compared with gasoline vehicles, diesel engine exhaust pollutants not only CO, NOx and HC also exist PM, so the domestic and foreign introduced more and more emissions regulations, to limit diesel exhaust emissions. The commonly used method is the purification technology of the machine, which is used to exhaust catalytic converter of diesel exhaust purification. The carrier of catalytic converter as the main tool for catalyst, has a great influence on the purification performance of the catalyst.In this paper, metal alloy was chosen as the carrier, and the coating technology and its properties were studied. The coating formulation, preparation process and coating properties were studied in order to improve the efficiency of the catalyst. In this paper, NiCrFe metal alloy is selected as the carrier, and three methods of high temperature oxidation of the metal support surface are pre processed by SEM and XRD. The research results show that the surface of the carrier, which has a small amount of defects, is generated by a small amount of defects, and the surface of the NiCrFe metal carrier is rough, which generates a layer of oxide film which is Cr1.7Fe0.3O3.Through sol-gel method prepared containing alkali group elements(Li, Na, K) glass ceramic coating, using dip coating method after the preparation of coating is applied to the pretreatment of NiCr Fe metal carrier surface. The morphology and crystalline structure of the coating were analyzed by SEM and XRD. The results showed that the prepared glass ceramic coating was not crystalline, which was beneficial to improve the stability of the coating. Morphology and properties of the surface,(K2O)X(Al2O3)1-X(SiO2) series of glass ceramic coating is better than(Li2O)X(Al2O3)1-X(SiO2) and(Na2O)X(Al2O3)1-X(SiO2) series of glass ceramic coating. The performance test of the coating was carried out by ultrasonic vibration. The coating and NiCrFe coating with high temperature and high temperature were found(Al2O3)0.4(K2O)0.6(SiO2). The catalytic performance of the coating was tested by laboratory simulation equipment of diesel engine exhaust. By diesel exhaust catalysis laboratory simulation equipment for the preparation of coating performance testing, through the coating for PM and the NO removal effect experiment, discover this experiment preparation to add Li, Na and K three elements(Al2O3)-(SiO2) glass ceramic coating for PM and NO purification of have a certain effect. Add K element(K2O)0.8(Al2O3)0.2(SiO2) coating to purify the effect best, NO reach maximum at 570 ℃ for the NO conversion rate 35%.
