| Nonferrous metals are used in the industry of some equipment and parts of the material, the surface processing accuracy will directly affect the performance of the material. Because of the soft, the surface of non-ferrous metals has some difficulties. The traditional grinding wheel grinding because of many drawbacks, which limits its application in surface processing of nonferrous metals. The nylon brush roller as a new type of grinding tool can not only improve the surface processing efficiency of non-ferrous metals but also can greatly improve the accuracy of the surface processing of non-ferrous metals.Application of nylon brush roller on the surface of non ferrous metals is a new technology, which is rarely reported and studied in the mechanism of polishing.Therefore, this thesis is to design an experimental platform for studying the mechanism of nylon brush roller grinding mechanism.The experimental platform is composed of a grinding head, feeding system, nylon brush roll pressing force adjusting mechanism, cooling system etc. Using the experimental data, the experimental parameters can be obtained from the mechanism research in the future. The main cutting parameters include: the speed of the nylon brush roller, the feeding speed and the amount of the working table. Study on the mechanism of the wear rate, surface roughness, and the life of the nylon brush roller by using the single variable of parameters.This paper introduces the relevant knowledge of nylon brush roll. According to the mechanism of the nylon brush roller polishing mechanism, the corresponding experimental platform structure is designed, and the theoretical curves of the mechanism are analyzed. Application of ANSYS and MATLAB software to establish the nylon grinding force calculation model and calculation of the grinding force. Then calculate the grinding and polishing of the spindle motor power, the nylon brush roller, the tension adjusting mechanism of adjustment, a feeding motor, a lead screw and a bearing type, size and other design parameters were determined. |
