In recent years, metallurgy bentonite pellets as blast furnace ironmaking concentrate is widely used, with its excellent metallurgical properties and attracts more and more attention. Now, the pellet production scale and the operation is also in the large-scale, mechanization and automation development direction. But because our country pelletizing industry widespread automation degree is low, the safety of poor reliability and efficiency of the work, put forward how to design a fast increase production efficiency and improve the quality of products of the advanced automatic production line control system in front of us become a big problem.Based on liao ning stone group metallurgy bentonite production line control project as the background, the thorough research pelletizing production process flow, technical control requirements and process characteristics, the design is completed with industrial control level computer and Siemens S7-300 PLC as the control core, all kinds of professional sensors to collect the information, the Profibus-DP+industrial Ethernet connection communication mode built automation control system. According to the field equipment combined with operation personnel of production experience with fuzzy PID control theory as the foundation design of system control program, made accurate, intuitive and simple configuration control screen, achieves the pellets sintering process variable real-time detection, real-time monitoring of process flow, process parameters of the real-time control. This paper mainly completed work for:Proposed by monitoring management, intermediate control layer and the instrument equipment layer composed of pellet production process integrated automation system this paper introduces the system hardware configuration, module between module and ipc communication mode and system design principle and STEP7 software programming and WINCC configuration system realization method. Realize the pellet production of centralized management and decentralized control. PC using configuration software WINCC6.0 for system integration, used to provide a visual friendly man-machine interface, lower machine PLC use STEP7 to programming, responsible for field data collection, filter and feedback control.
