With the continuous consumption of conventional crude oil resources, increasingly importance has been attached to efficiently and economically develope and produce unconventional heavy oil and bitumen resources. The dehydration and desalination of super heavy oil is one of the indispensable pretreatment section in the refinery processes. Its purpose is to reduce the corrosion and fouling of the processing equipment and the harmful impurities in super heavy oil to the catalyst in the subsequent processing and ensure the high efficiency, safety and long period operation of the subsequent processing device and improve the quality of the products. The salt content of the crude oil in the refinery is required not to be higher than 3.00mg/L.In views of super heavy oil in present Tahe oil field in Xinjiang having hig-viscosity, high-dengsity, high salt content,breaking desalting and dehydration difficulties, big demulsifier dosage and other issues, the exeperiment adopts the mixing thin oil viscosity method,then add the demulsifier for desalting and dewatering. This desalting and dewatering methods mainly includes the demulsification of thermochemical settling encapsulation-dehydration, electric encapsulation-dehydration and mixing diluents method and other methords. The chemical demulsification method has demulsification thoroughly, hige activity, quick effect, low cost, and it has such features of being used alone or also being used with other methods. But if the thin oil adding quantity is small, oil and water will not seperate when adding a kind of external forces, this study adopts the centrifugal force. Finally gotting the effective method of desalting and dewatering, through filtering different types of demulsifier, the demusifier dosage, demulsification time, the propotion of thin oil, stirring time, centrifugal revolutions and centrifugal time on demulsification.This study explored the viscosity effect of the four kinds of thin oil. The four kinds of thin oil mixed with super heavy oil respectively, then measuring their viscosity value under 50℃ respectively. The viscosity is 0.098Pa·s after incorporation of 200# aromatic solvent oil, the viscosity is 0.135Pa·s after incorporation of anthracene oil, the viscosity is 0.086Pa·s after incorporation of wash oil, the viscosity is 0.178 Pa·s after incorporation of wax oil. The viscosity effect of wax oil is the best.The result showed that: in the first 10% of wash oil is inserted into the super heavy oil to reduce viscosity, and add 20% of distilled water, 50 ppm he bei peng yu demulsifier to the crude oil, then stir at 70℃ water bath for 45 min, finally place it in the centrifuge with the speed 8000r/min to centrifugal 5min.At this time, the salt content of the crude oil after the desalination is 2. 4ppm, the desalination rate is 99.26%. In the first 11% of 200#aromatic solventoil is inserted into the super heavy oil to reduce viscosity,and add 20% of distilled water, 50 ppm he bei peng yu demulsifier to the crude oil, then stir at 90℃ water bath for 60 min, finally place it in the centrifuge with the speed 8000r/min to centrifugal 6min. At this time, the salt content of the crude oil after the desalination is 2.4ppm, the desalination rate is 99.26%. In the first 17% of anthracene oil is inserted into the super heavy oil to reduce viscosity, and add 20% of distilled water, 70 ppm he bei peng yu demulsifier to the crude oil, then stir at 80℃ water bath for 75 min, finally place it in the centrifuge with the speed 8000r/min to centrifuga 5min. At this time, the salt content of the crude oil after the desalination is 2.8ppm, the desalination rate is 99.15%. In the first 20% of wax oil is inserted into the super heavy oil to reduce viscosity, and add 20% of distilled water, 60 ppm he bei pengyu demulsifier to the crude oil, then stir at 80℃ water bath for 75 min, finally place it in the centrifuge with the speed 8000r/min to centrifugal 7min. At this time, the salt content of the crude oil after the desalination is 2. 9 ppm, the desalination rate is 99.11%.
