| In recent years, a great number of oilfield wastewater containing various chemical additives is produced during the water extraction process of Qingyangcha oilfield. The oilfield wastewater is an integration of heterogeneous system after the separateness of oil and water, the wastewater contains oil, suspended solid, bacteria and soluble materials. It has the higher harmfulness of petrol cum reservoir, the causticity and the definite scale formation. If the wastewater weren’t properly disposed, excessive reinjection will extremely affect the recovery ratio. So, it should be compatible with the reservoir on a series of experimental research, to meet the water quality standard for re-injection.Aiming at the problems existing in present oilfield wastewater treatment, the wastewater quality of Qingyangcha oilfield was monitored and researehed in this paper. At the same time, we established all kinds of material content standards of wastewater for this oilfield. This paper did a targeted research, combining the operation situation of wastewater treatment devices in Qingyangcha oilfield, it found out the shortage and defect of materialization treatment technical in traditional wastewater treatment processes, and did evaluation research on the effect of different technology of sterilization and anti-scale and corrosion inhibition in oilfield with the combination of project case. Laboratory experiment selected the pharmaceutical for Qingyangcha oilfield wastewater treatment, and proceeded pharmaceutical and wastewater compatibility test. In the above study over Qingyangcha oilfield, combining the transformation of wastewater treatment device, this paper raised two different programs. This paper processed deep comparative analysis, and optimum seeking the biochemical treatment that made the most of present equipment, which is for wastewater station’s biochemical transformation in the future. |
