WuQi oilfield is a low permeability reservoirs, the low permeability reservoirs in the oil field of the reserves of oil and gas occupies a large proportion, after water injection, the injected water quality demanding. Because oil field in the early stages of the development is water and oil output sewage is enough, must be supplemented by water or other water, but because the wather and sewage in different layer of formation water in different water, mix easily corrosive and scaling, to oil field production bring extremely unfavorable influences. To solve this problem, Now according to the Wuqi oil production plant of 18 water injection station clean-up mixed injection research, through the analysis of water quality in Wuqi oilfield, Luohe layer of fresh water and formation water with, Qing after hybrid treatment of sewage water corrosion, scale experimental study. Through the cleaning mixture treatment after injected water and formation water compatibility and injection formation reservoir sensitivity experiments. Finally, we get the best of Luohe layer water and formation water mixing ratio and the corresponding injection zones, and on 18 water injection station clean-up mixed injection process was optimized, system solves the cleaning two mifepristone in water in the injection process of corrosion and scaling problems, to achieve the quality system standards, to Wuqi oilfield in extra low permeability reservoir water flooding development has laid a good foundation for the water quality.
