A Study On The Causes Corrosion And Scaling Of Water Injection System And Anticorrosion Antiscale Method Of Xu Zhuang Lian Station In Yongning Production Plant

With the oilfield development after entering high water cut stage, water cut rising, a dramatic increase in output water salinity, accompanied by a large number of corrosive substances at the same time, these factors and their interaction make oil and gas production system by serious corrosion and scaling. Tubing corrosion leakage, and oil Wells are pumping rod broken accident, cause an average pump inspection cycle is shorten, oil well work frequently, crude oil production costs rise year by year, the serious influence the normal operation of the oil field system. In this paper, the yongning production plant is xu ZhuangLian stand production system, status quo of corrosion and scaling, and sewage treatment station facilities, water injection system, conducts the investigation and study the status quo of corrosion and scaling in the water injection system of corrosion factors mainly include:(1) containing corrosive strong acidic component of CO2 and H2 S, lower p H and synergistic corrosion;(2)The high content of bacteria: produce H2 S breeding process, generate iron sulfide, sedimentary led to increasing of pitting corrosion;(3)The process is not perfect, management does not reach the designated position, treatment effect is poor.Through the station wastewater treatment and water injection system anticorrosion antiscale method research, reform the Suggestions as follows:(1) the big pot drainage: the sedimentation tank, in addition to the oil tank, adjusting tank, water storage tank set drainage device, anticorrosive processing, plus cathodic protection when necessary;(2) perfect the dosing system: a total of 9 sets of dosing device, oxidizing agent and inorganic water purifier dosing system requirements of corrosion resistant material, dosing pump for corrosion resistance metering pump;(3) change the filter material: for polluted filter material must be replaced.(4) the sludge treatment: build supporting sludge and sludge treatment facilities, slow down the drain;(5) for pipeline cleaning, pay attention to the H2 S leakage protection.
