With the arrival of the country’s metro construction boom, the accidents of the metro construction occur frequently. The metro tunnel construction project faces a variety of risks. Once these risks take place, it will lead to the loss of personnel,equipment, economic, quality, schedule and other aspects. As a result, there is an urgent need for the risk management of the metro construction project with the scientific and reasonable method. It not only can comprehensively identify and scientifically evaluate risk on tunnel construction, but also has certain significance on the risk prevention and risk control. In this thesis, the study of risk management on the metro tunnel construction by mining method explored the project’s development and improvement about theory and engineering practice. The main research content are as follows:(1) The thesis discussed the basic idea of the accident causation theory, analyzed the law and reason of metro accident, and identified the risks of the metro tunnel construction by mining method with WBS-RBS matrix based on the characteristics of the project.(2) Through the introduction for analytic network process(ANP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(Fuzzy) from two aspects of structure principle and calculation principle, the thesis summarized the ANP-Fuzzy solving steps. In order to make the results more accurate, using SuperDecision software calculated risks weight.(3) With the results of risk identification of the metro tunnel construction by mining method based on WBS-RBS matrix, the thesis established the multi-criteria,multi-level risk management model, and detailed description of the risk factors for weight solving and the evaluation process of risk level.(4) Using the Qingdao Railway Station ~ Zhongshan Road section of Qingdao metro line M1 as the background, the thesis evaluated the risks, with the combination of matrix WBS-RBS recognition results, risk evaluation model and ANP-Fuzzy. The results showed that this method can effectively reflect the relationship of the mutual correlation and mutual influence. The method can also classify the project’s risk and analyze the project risk level. Facts have proved that the method has certain scientific and practical.In this thesis, the research of the metro tunnel construction by mining methodperfected the relevant theories of tunnel construction risk evaluation, and provided a certain reference for other metro tunnel projects’ risk management.
