In recent years, the process of urbanization continues to accelerate, the expansion and relocation projects continue to produce a large number of construction waste,siege phenomenon of building garbage often occurs. Resource utilization of construction waste can not only solve the environmental problems, but also can effectively reduce the consumption of mineral resources in the construction industry. In the process of producing the recycled aggregate, a large amount of powder material named fine powder can be produced.With the support of national natural Science Foundation of China(51378270), the process of preparation of high quality recycled aggregates by particle shaping process would produce recycled powder,and we explore the method of resource utilization about recycled powder. Main research contents include: basic performance and active research of recycled powder, the preparation of foamed concrete by recycled powder, the preparation of foamed cement research and masonry mortar and plaster mortar by recycled powder.Results show that:1、The density of recycled powder is small, the grain shape is irregular, the texture is loose, the porosity is high, the content of SiO2 is relatively high, the ash activity is slightly lower than that of fly ash.2、Base cementing material:60% ordinary portland cement and 40% fly ash, substitution of recycled powder≤30%,water temperature(32±2)℃,volume of foaming agent: 3~3.5% and volume of foam stabilizer:1%,foaming rate of foam concrete is appropriate, bubble is uniformity and performance is good, and it can prepare heating insulation products of B04 and B05.3、Base cementing material:80% Sulphoaluminate cement and 20% fly ash,volume of foaming agent: 4~4.5%,volume of foam stabilizer:1.0% and volume of booster: 0.33%,water temperature:(32 ± 2) ℃,water cement ratio:0.45~0.55,substitution of recycled powder:10%、15%、20%和 25%,dry apparent density of foamed cement≤300kg/m3,compression strength≥0.4MPa, these performance index meet the technical requirements of II class insulation board4、Instead of cement to prepare recycled mortar, when substitution of recycled powder is 10%, 20% and 30%, ratio of mortar is 1:3, 1:5, 1:4 and 1:6, it can prepare masonry mortar of M10~M20 and plaster mortar of M15~M30 that both meet the requirements of specification.
