The industrial application of screen technology ethylbenzene unit by 70000 t/a analysis of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company phase molecules, on the main factors were studied catalysts and alkylation catalyst activity and long period running of the transfer effect of alkyl, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The results show that, the main factors affecting the alkylation catalyst activity of the reaction system is:moisture content (150mg/kg~300 mg/kg), reaction temperature (195 ℃--205℃), the impurity content of raw material of ethylene and benzene (total alkali nitride <400mg/kg), benzene/ethylene ratio (mass ratio> 9.75 or the molar ratio of >3.5); the main factors affecting the transalkylation catalyst activity is the entrance:moisture content of reactor (less than 50mg/kg~150 mg/kg), two ethyl benzene content is two (mass percentage of ethylbenzene in <0.02%) and transalkylation reaction temperature (160℃~245℃). In the production process, to strictly control the raw material benzene, ethylene raw material quality, stable equilibrium liquid sealing system for monitoring the good high speed pump, stable control of various process parameters, has a great influence on the extended operating period of catalyst.
