| Based on the present situation of lower absorption for small particulates in the existing electrostatic precipitator, this paper starts with the principle of the electric precipitation, analyses the relationship between charged agglomeration of small particulates, the particulate’s diameter, electric field strength and the collection efficiency. And then combined with the proportional relationship between charged field strength, collecting field strength and the maximum, minimum of the secondary voltage, we can get the conclusion that the collection efficiency can be improved by increasing the maximum and minimum of the secondary voltage and the efficiency of the agglomeration.Next, this paper discusses the effect of the particulate’s charged agglomeration from several aspects, such as peak voltage, frequency and rising edge of the DC superposed pulsed power supply. The results, show that the collection efficiency can be improved by increasing the peak voltage, selecting the appropriate pulse repetition frequency and reducing the time of the pulse rising edge. At the same time, the utilization of the power can be improved and save power. Thereby, a new DC superposed pulsed power supply is designed to use for the electrostatic precipitator.The design of power supply includes 35kV DC power supply,35kV pulsed power supply and the coupling circuit. This paper detailed analysis and design mainly focus on series resonant circuit, pulse forming circuit and the coupling circuit. Calculates the main parameters of the circuit, and these models are simulated on MATLAB to verify the theoretical analysis.A power control system based on DSP TMS320F28335 is designed for real-time control of power supply. The trigger pulse of series resonant circuit is controlled by sampling voltage and current signal of DC and AC(Alternating Current). And then realize the control of the output voltage. In the design of hardware, includes DSP peripheral circuit, signal processing circuit, logic level conversion circuit and IGBT motivate circuit. In the design of software, includes PWM control, AD, digital PID and digital FIR.At the end of the paper, the experimental voltage and spark flashover waveforms of single phase, three-phase, high frequency and pulsed power supply are given. And records the data about the collection efficiency. |
