| Antarctic Krill protein have rich resource, but use little in chemical fiber industry. In this paper, protein was extracted from the Antarctic Krill (AKP) shrimp with aqueous alkali.Study the alkali extracted optimal Preparation Process parameter,then blended with sodium alginate (SA) solution and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA),studying the theological behavior and compatibility of the blended solution,the optimal spinning solution was PrePared. Prepared new protein blended fibers via wet spinning and electronspinning. Structure form and characterization of the blended fiber were also studied.Study the affection of the alkali concentration, temperature,time and so on other conditions referencing to the extraction rate of protein. Experiment show that the alkali extracted optimal conditions of extraction:m(alkali):m(krill shrimp powder)=10:1,alkali solotion concentration 2%,temperature 60℃, time 5 h. Study the theological behavior of the Sodium Alginate/Antarctic Krill Proteinã€polyvinyl alcohol/Antarctic Krill Proteinã€Sodium Alginate/Antarctic Krill Protein/polyvinyl alcohol spinning solution with different proportion of protein,different temperatures and different shear rate.The results showed that spinning solution was the kindof "shear thinning" solution.With the raising of temperature, Structural Viscosity Index descend/decrease, spinning increase.Discuss the preparation process of SA/AKã€PVA/AKPã€SA/AKP/PVA blend fiber, respectively, Study the affection of mechanical property by coagulation bath compose〠temperatureã€solidification time and Antarctic Kril protein content, and determine the optimum spinning conditions of SA/AKP:The proportion of calciumchloride concentration was5% and PEG concentration was3% in coagulation bath was 4:1ã€coagulation bath temperature was20-30℃, coagulation time was 40~60 s; the optimum spinning conditions of PVA/AKP.coagulation bath concentration of Na2SO4 was 20%-30%, temperature was20-25μ, The PVA/AKP blended fiber breaking strength was 1.88 cN/dtex, breaking elongation was 231.5%,at protein concentration was 10%. through three component phase diagram study the coagulation molding relations among SA/AKP solution composeã€solidification and solvent.then electronspinning with SA/AKP/PVA blend solution, and determine the optimum electronspinning conditions was SA:AKP:PVA=5:5:90, voltage was 36 kV,flowwas 0.1 ml/h.The results showed that SAã€PVA and so on polymer can blended with AKP prepared spinning solution,through wet spin or electronspinning prepared krill protein blend fibers, at regular condiction and proportion. |
