Nylon 66(polyamide 66), hereinafter referred to as PA66. Polyamide is amide group in the floorboard of the main chain of polymer, is one of the five engineering plastics. Polyamide 66 (PA66) is a kind of excellent engineering plastic, it is due to the high crystallinity makes it has the advantages of high mechanical strength, easy processing, but the impact strength is low, liquidity is too large to cause delay, due to high water absorbability of poor stability of products size faults, its application in many fields was limited. So in order to improve these disadvantages of PA66, people consistently research of modified way, to make it to meet the requirements of industrial production.This article will different type POE grafting maleic anhydride (MAH) preparation of toughening agent and pure blend modified PA66. Product for the notched impact strength and tensile elongation at break and other mechanical properties test and melt flow test, to study the toughening of pure PA66 performance improvements. Results show that SK875 brand POE preparation by toughening agent, to improve liquidity effect best,8150 grades of toughening agent to improve toughness is best, when mixed with SK875 to 4:6 as homemade 8150 composite toughening agent to modified PA66, the toughness of PA66 and liquidity has improved significantly, close to the excellent special nylon flexibilizer toughening effect index of HA1803.This paper also studied the self-made compound flexibilizer toughening research for PPO/PA66 alloy, has carried on the notched impact strength and melt flow to product test and mechanical performance test, to study the self-made composite toughening agent for metal toughness and the influence of liquidity, the results show that when the amount of 15 to join in the alloy, can get the best comprehensive performance, but from the foreign excellent toughening properties of alloy and a certain gap.
