| Recent years, there is always seriously polluted weather such as aid rain, haze and so on in most areas of our country. Nitrogen oxides play a very important role in this extreme weather. Coal-fired power plants mainly rely on coals because of the features of our energy. Therefore, Coal-fired power plants are becoming the main emission source of Nitrogen oxides. The flue gas denitrification of these Coal-fired power plants are being paid more and more attention to and the technical renovations of the flue gas denitrification are the key measures to control the amount of Nitrogen oxides. So far, there are so many kinds of the flue gas denitrification technologies in Coal-fired power plants. However, the flue gas denitrification technologies often refer to economic field, technical field, resource field, and environment and so on. There are also many different technical advantages and disadvantages about the flue gas denitrification technologies and the Coal-fired power plants have their own features. So how to establish in coal-fired power plants, analyze relevant factors of denitrification technology transformations scientifically and reasonably, how to assess and select not only low-cost, effective and advanced technology, but also high removal rate to the environment of denitrification technology solutions, have a strong practical significance.Based on the denitration HaiBoWan power plant renovation project reality, the use of SCR nox emission control technology as an example. Monitoring data show that in the condition of the unit’s load is 92.7%~100.0%, the average load in 98.7% of cases, a side denitration facilities imported reduced concentration of 428 mg/m3, biggest biggest export NOx emission concentration of 79.3 mg/m3. B side biggest import reduced concentration of 393.4 mg/m3, largest export NOx emission concentration of 75.8 mg/m3, maximum total export NOx emission concentration of 95.9 mg/m3. Denitration facilities a side denitration efficiency of 81.2%~83.1%, b side denitration efficiency of 80.1%~80.6%. Ammonia area ammonia unorganized emission monitoring results a maximum of 0.113 mg/m3.Finally, the construction technology of prevention and control of nox and run scientific review, comparison and evaluation, choose economic and applicable for the denitration technology reform provides a reasonable basis, for the electric power enterprise to carry out the nitrogen oxides governance to provide a reference. |
