The topic of magnesium alloy rolling machine as the research object in the university laboratory. The rolling machine combine the electro-hydraulic servo control and robust control theory,to better realize automatic control of rolling machine. Due to the inherent characteristics of the hydraulic system, such as larger degree of parameter time-varying, valve flow characteristics and load disturbance. Obtain a precise mathematical model of nonlinear problem, cause the rolling machine hydraulic system of the linear model is not very good meet the requirement of rolling machine rolling, and so will solve such problems is we are the premise of effective utilization of hydraulic servo system. still can ensure good stability and rapidity. Above all, how to get the robust control method and the rolling machine hydraulic servo overall research, for our practical production process, has a strong practical significance.In view of whole paper, first introduce the development and application of robust control theory, and introduces other control theory applied in electro-hydraulic servo control of the advantages and disadvantages. In the rolling machine, based on full understanding of each component, the establishment of the mathematical model. We first for a mechanical system ensure the rapidity and stability of the system, and for According to the actual situation to choose the appropriate performance weighting function x H)(, and the model uncertainty bound function x W)(.Then using Lab AMESim, modeling of hydraulic servo system, the displacement, pressure, speed curve, the optimal controller of feedback robust control simulation, and before and make a comparison between the simulation results, proved its good performance of the track line and suppress interference.Finally this controller is applied to the electro-hydraulic servo control of roll casting machine, through the principle of control variables, validation when under the condition of parameter perturbation and external disturbance, through the simulation, obtained the displacement of hydraulic cylinder speed curve, by comparing the curve model under different parameters, to obtain the optimal parameters effectively reduce the hysteresis system, improve the quality of plate.
