This study through pot experiment, Using exogenous Cd and Pb add heavy metal, the way of preparation of composite soil pollution, With 50 different genotypes rice as the selected crops, different rice genotypes, Cd and Pb characteristics, carried out under complex stress high accumulation and grain low accumulation variety selection of research work, the main research results are as follows:1. The selected 50 varieties diversity of Cd and Pb in grain, is not only related to the absorptive capacity of rice roots, Cd and Pb in the different genotypes rice from root to aboveground and to the relevant transfer ability of the grain; Grain showed a negative correlation relationship between low Cd and Pb accumulation of rice.2. The selected 50 belong to the grain low Cd and Pb accumulation in rice varieties, a total of seven varieties, respectively, varieties 5(Fe156), varieties 13 (G227), varieties 6(TL213), varieties 20(ShenXingl), varieties 24(Shen529), varieties 39(liaoyou582) and varieties 47(DYS549);Belongs to the high accumulation total of 5 varieties,varieties 8(LDZ15-1), varieties 9 (YanJing151) varieties 20(ShenXingl), varieties 21(ShenXing6) and varieties 23(ShenDao315).3. In the accumulation of low of grain varieties, through the accumulation of Cd and Pb, each organ varieties 47(TL213) and varieties 13(DYS549) refuse to absorption type belongs to the root, the root absorption of Cd and Pb ability is weak, leading to less grain accumulation;varieties 5(Fel56), varieties 20(ShenXingl) and varieties 39 (liaoYou582) belongs to the root increase, but the migration of Cd and Pb ability is weak, leading to less grain accumulation; Varieties 6(G227) and varieties24 (Shen529) belong to the stem leaf increase, while Cd and Pb accumulation in the stem leaf Cd and Pb, but from the stem leaf to grain migration ability weak lead to less grain accumulation.4. The results show that varieties 20 (ShenXingl) both belong to the accumulation of low Cd and Pb of grain varieties, and the accumulation of Cd and Pb in the plant belongs to the high variety, its root and stem leaf of Cd and Pb, have very good accumulation and enrichment, and inhibition of Cd and Pb to grain transshipment.5. Under this experimental condition, the high accumulation of varieties of average grain yield and total biomass is higher than the accumulation of low of grain varieties. |
