| With the development of modern high-speed precision machine tools, high-speed precision spindle technology have become increasingly demanding, but currently international and domestic machine tool industry still does not have a complete unified standard on testing of the electric spindle performance, therefore, in order to ensure the electric spindle’s product quality and development of technology, it is particularly important to research on a testing method of electric spindle complex performance. To enable users to achieve satisfactory results, various manufacturers have been in pursuit of high-quality electric spindle products, and at the same time, reasonable means of detection can reduce the failure rate of the electric spindle products. Therefore, to solve this problem a solution to test comprehensive performance of electric spindles is presented.It develops a measurement program for electric spindle in this thesis, which include electrical parameter measurement, temperature measurement, vibration measurement and rotary precision measurement program, for each of measurement module, it designs mechanical support and electrical systems, formulates the specification of test methods, and conducts on-site testing.A test platform of comprehensive performance of motor spindle is developed, the hardware system consists of a support platform, spindle and drive unit, various types of sensors, data acquisition card, computer and other components; and the testing software depend on a platform which is LabVIEW8.5, including data acquisition module, data processing module and results display module. It is a problem that how to simulate high-speed electric spindle’s loading problems in the actual working conditions, there are two loading methods to solve it:the torque loading by and non-contact electromagnetic loading.The method of motor dragging can carry out torque loading, electromagnetic loading is operable, and has smaller interference. This test uses standard ball test method when experiment on spindle’s dynamic rotary precision, the geometry error of this testing method can be negligible, thus improving test accuracy.Finally, it analyzes and discusses the specific methods to test the performance of electric spindle, sums up the achievement of test work, puts forward shortcomings and formulates plans to improve the program. |
