| With the extensive use of non-renewable fossil fuels, finding new renewable resources has gradually attracted people’s significant attention. Much attention has been paid to biomass in preparation liquid fuel conversion because of the advantage of renewable. Although biomass resources are abundant and variety, the most abundant component are Sugar and polyols which are rich in oxygen, so in order to convert biomass into a fuel that can be used, they must be out most of the oxygen atom. We usually use vicinal diol molecules dehydrate and deoxygenate forming the olefin (DODH) with the help of catalyst. The most commonly used catalyst is a metal catalyst, because it greased simple reaction conditions, environmental friendliness. because it is simple, friendly to environment.According to the conclusions concluded by our lab before, we realize that the imidazolinium perrhenate is a highly efficient catalyst for vicinal diols deoxydehydrate into olefin, but it can not be recycled. In the paper, we try to stick the useful catalyst on magnetic carrier, especially focus on the magnetic iron oxide, and develop a new catalyst.(1) We synthesized a series of MTO catalysts, but there is no effect in chemical reaction.(2) We began our investigation with 1,2-tetradecanediol as a model substrate, when using the catalyst which sticking a series of newly synthesized imidazolinium perrhenate on Fe3O4 wrapped by SiO2, some of which exhibited good activity, we can receive the yield of 50%.Considering that if the surface of Fe3O4/SiO2 did not being modified, the surface of the catalyst lacks of active group, resulting bad reactivity. We try to modify the surface of the catalyst. After modified the surface by Phenyltrimethoxysilane and N-(Trimethylsily)imidazole, we can achieve the yield of 62% and 89%, the catalyst can be recycled and used again. |
