With the development of mobile communication systems applications, high-speed communications equipments made increasing demands.Microwave dielectric ceramics is the core material for the production of microwave circuits resonators, filters, dielectric antennas and other microwave components.Low-temperature co-firedceramic(LTCC) technology, which could not only reduce the cost by using cheap inner electrodes(such as Ag and Cu) but also simplify the fabrication process ofcommunication devices. The ceramic dielectric loss at microwave frequencies is smaller than conventional organic material, which makes LTCC meet the demand of high-speed communication microwave circuit perfectly.In this paper, CLn T(Ca O-Ln2O3-Ti O2,Ln=La,Nd)ceramic material is studied with the traditional solid-state reaction method.Temperature coefficient of resonant frequency of CLn T(Ca O-Ln2O3-Ti O2,Ln=La,Nd)ceramic is adjusted. While based on the suitable temperature coefficient of frequency, common methods were used to reduce the sintering temperature.The temperature coefficient of resonant frequency of CLT(Ca O-La2O3-Ti O2) ceramics is adjusted in two ways in our study, one is using Nd and Sm to replace the La in CLT(Ca O-La2O3-Ti O2, L=La) ceramics. The other one is using the materials which have negative temperature coefficient of resonant frequency to dope with CLT(Ca O-La2O3-Ti O2,L=La) ceramics.While the work of adjusting the temperature coefficient of resonant frequency is finished, we start to reduce the sintering temperature. La2O3-B2O3-Zn O(LBZ) glass and VC(Cu O-V2O5) are chosen as the sintering aid of the CNT ceramic. The lowtemperature sintering behavior with the assistance of the sintering aids and the relevant microwave dielectric properties were discussed.Small amounts of LBZ glass significantly lowered the sintering temperatures of CNT ceramics and obtained excellent microwave dielectric properties. The CNT ceramics doped with LNT and 3 wt. % LBZ can be well sintered at 1000 ℃ for 3h and shows good properties: εr =94.9,Q × f = 1887 GHz,ηf = 5.06 ppm / ℃o.
