But the current filling system design and construction are very extensive, and paste filling technology capacity is low, can not meet the need for large-scale filling.This paper detailed introduces the process of paste filling paste filling pipe flow online measuring for the research and development, using the ultrasonic detection method in the process of filling paste flow detection, strict measuring and filling can satisfy the demands of all kinds of material proportioning accuracy, improve the online monitoring ability of the paste filling mining process, realizing the closed-loop control of paste filling control system. Paste filling system requirements on measurement precision, the proportion of the first to paste filling process modeling and analysis of the causes of error of ingredients, and then the genetic neural network algorithm is adopted to paste error compensation, the measuring accuracy to meet the requirement of the matching, and using MATLAB simulation. WinCC configuration software is used to design the paste filling system of online monitoring interface, real-time display of material quality of weighing, monitoring state of paste and pipeline pressure, improve the efficiency of paste filling and deal with the problem.
