Coal is important energy and raw materials, in order to fully recycle the "three" under the pressure of coal and residual coal, extend the mine use fixed number of year, cuts in farm land and the mining village relocation, the protection and improvement of the mining area ecological environment, to promote coordinated development of resources exploitation and ecological environment, using coal gangue paste filling technology and filling. Pastes filling require strong continuity, automation control system control, monitoring and control system of paste and paste prepared pumping equipment running status, effectively guarantee the efficient operation of the paste filling system.Underground coal mining generated a lot of vulnerable to water and gas accumulation space gob, causing a gas explosion hazardous gas leaks and other accidents; presence of mined-out area will also lead to ground subsidence, serious damage to ground structures; coal mining It will produce a large number of coal gangue, not only seriously pollute the environment, but also farmland. In recent years there filling the mining technology can eradicate these phenomena occur.Paste fill is a more commonly used filling technology that use a lot of coal gangue(or construction waste), fly ash and other materials, so that the solid waste to resource utilization, thereby improving mine ecological environment and promoting resource development and coordinated development of ecological environment, and has broad prospects. But the current filling system design and construction are very extensive, and paste filling technology capacity is low, can not meet the need for large-scale filling.This paper detailed introduces the process of paste filling paste filling pipe flow online measuring for the research and development, using the ultrasonic detection method in the process of filling paste flow detection, strict measuring and filling can satisfy the demands of all kinds of material proportioning accuracy, improve the online monitoring ability of the paste filling mining process, realizing the closed-loop control of paste filling control system. Paste filling system requirements on measurement precision, the proportion of the first to paste filling process modeling and analysis of the causes of error of ingredients, and then the genetic neural network algorithm is adopted to paste error compensation, the measuring accuracy to meet the requirement of the matching, and using MATLAB simulation. WinCC configuration software is used to design the paste filling system of online monitoring interface, real-time display of material quality of weighing, monitoring state of paste and pipeline pressure, improve the efficiency of paste filling and deal with the problem.
