With the rapid consumption of oil and gas resources, pipeline transportation has become the main way for oil and gas transport. The results can’t meet the real-time and accuracy demands of system after lots of resources put into the supervision of pipeline. We should get the accurate position of the impending accident and timely send the staff went to stop accidents when we find the damage to pipeline. Therefore, it is necessary to solve the pre-warning problem pipeline safety from technology.The pipeline safety detection technology is mostly based on the characteristics of common event recognition signal types, and then gives an alarm of threat warning event. In practical application, these methods have certain limitations. For example, the same signal affected by the different geological environment will show different characteristics. The method has good detection capability on the high SNR signal, but when the signal is in low SNR, it is incapable of action. And in the detection of complex background, system can’t guarantee the constant false alarm detection.Direct against the above situation, this paper proposes an algorithm of the SPRT vibration source detection. For vibration signal, according to the sequential probability ratio test principle, a multi-level threshold detection mechanism is established to ensure that the system has a good ability to detect real-time signals. The field experiments prove that the vibration source detection algorithm can effectively reduce the false alarm rate, and can satisfy the real-time requirement of the system.In order to advance the development of the technique of optical fiber pre-warning, this paper makes a detailed analysis, design and coding of the system. The system includes some modules such as client login, vibration alarm module, covering the basic functions of the safety pre-warning system. Finally, a practical and stable system of communication software has been developed successfully. |
