With the development of electronic technology and information industry, Electronic products are widely used and popular. And the EMC problem which is caused by them had been highly valued. Eliminate electromagnetic interference and the control of electromagnetic pollution and military stealth has been widespread concern. Electromagnetic wave absorbing material has been the research focus of global technology.For the diversity of electromagnetic loss mechanism and applications, types of absorbing material are extremely diverse, and the absorption of electromagnetic waves in different frequency bands are also different. In the passage, the traditional resistive film absorber is improved through electromagnetic wave absorption principle and electromagnetic resonance mechanism. The FSS (Frequency Selective Surface) structure and resistive film are integrated to design and prepare a resistance omen-tum type absorber. And the factors would be studied systematically.According to the research, the binding force and permeability of absorber material have been improved through the air permeability resistance structure of the retina. And the craft is improved to reduce costs, the difficulty of preparation and the experimental error. The absorbing test is shown to be a great tool to absorb the electromagnetic radiation. The absorption bandwidth of hexagonal honeycomb structure is widest. The peak reflectance is-22dB in the vicinity of 2.5GHz, and the reflectance is-24dB and-20dB respectively at 3.1GHz and 2.4GHz. The effective absorption bandwidth is more than 98.5%. And a strong absorption and broadening the absorbing band are successfully completed.According to the resonance effects studies, the electromagnetic resonance effect is resisted in grid resistive film structure, so that the electromagnetic wave absorption can be influenced. And the relationship between line-width and absorption peak is close to a straight line. Two kinds of line width structures have an impact on absorbing characteristics in different frequency bands, the blending will form the superposition of peaks and significantly broadened the absorption band. Thus, a new method for preparing a broadband absorber has been created.Multilayer film clip structure is used to prepare the broadband absorber after designing. And wood and honeycomb resistance omen-tum are used to prepare the absorber with the structure of five board clip four membrane. Studies show that the total thickness of the absorber is 1.3cm, and the resistance of the resistive filmis 200Ω/?,400 Q/?,600Ω/?,800Ω/?,respectively. In 2-18GHz, the reflectance bandwidth under-10 db is reached 94%.Resistance omen-tum type absorber is shown to be designed successfully. And the new absorber will provide a technical support for electromagnetic interference and electromagnetic pollution control.
