Coupled with China’s large population, the consumption of the packaging material is relatively large, not only increases the oil and other non renewable energy consumption, but also for people living environment caused serious pollution. This country to promote increased environmental protection, research and development and application of edible packaging materials, paper vegetable sources of raw materials because of having a rich, natural degradation level of renewable and many other advantages, has good practical value. But pure vegetable paper because they do not have heat-sealing properties can’ t be directly used as a packaging material, the subject of the research team proposed a pure vegetable paper as the substrate is soy protein liquid spray coating film prepared soy protein- vegetable composite paper that has heat sealing properties. The results showed that:(1) soy protein liquid spray atomization field axial distance 30 cm, at a radial distance 0cm with increasing spray pressure, soy protein liquid spray atomized particle size decreasing trend, other parameters unchanged from when the spraying pressure 0.12 MPa to 0.20 MPa, Saunter mean diameter of soy protein liquid spray atomized particles(SMD) from 40.44μm reduced to 28.02μm, with the spray pressure is further increased, atomized particles the Saunter mean diameter(SMD) change relatively slowly; with the increase of the hydraulic spraying, the Saunter mean diameter of soy protein liquid spray atomized particles existing obvious increasing trend then stabilized, spray pressure 0.20 MPa, spraying hydraulic respectively 0.12 MPa, 0.16 MPa, 0.20 MPa, when 0.24 MPa, Saunter mean diameter of spray atomized particles(SMD) is 22.86μm, 27.57μm, 28.02μm, 28.92μm; spraying when certain parameters, as soy protein increases the viscosity of the liquid, spray atomized particles Saunter mean diameter decreasing trend.(2) soy protein liquid viscosity, spray parameters are the same, in a spray atomization field with increasing axial distance, Saunter mean diameter of atomized particles showing a decreasing trend, and the rate of decrease after the first emergency relief; with increasing radial distance, Saunter mean diameter of atomized particles is small exhibit significant trend.Finally, soy protein liquid spray atomized particle velocity field measurements. Soy protein using high-speed cameras capture images of different spray field was sprayed spray pressure, spraying hydraulic pressure, flow coating, such as spraying parameters, the use of self MATLAB digital image correlation procedure to obtain soy protein liquid spray atomization velocity vector field.
