The molecularly imprinted adsorption material has high adsorption performance and has good selectivity. At present, many researchers have been extensively studied in environmental pollution and its application in the field of biological medicine has been become a hot spot. In this work, we prepared the creatinine and urea dual-template imprinted material with the surface imprinting technique. The chitosan microspheres were used as matrix materials. The adsorption material can selective adsorption of creatinine and urea molecules at the same time. Due to the good biocompatibility of chitosan and the polymer can reduced the adsorption of protein. The adsorption performance of target molecules in the plasma were studied,too.1. Preparation of chitosan microspheres CMs with uniform particle size and smooth surface morphology were successfully prepared using a W/O emulsification cross-linking technique.we studied the factors of influencing of the chitosan microspheres, namely, the concentration of chitosan and acetic acid, O/W ratio, emulsifier, and crosslinking. The preparation process is as follows:1.5 g Chitosan was dissolved in acetic acid aqueous solution(2%,v/v) and the chitosan solution was added to paraffin oil(oil phases). After stirring 30 minutes, 1 ml span-80 was added to the system. The mixture was stirred vigorously for 60 min and glutaraldehyde(15 ml) was added into the reaction system for 1 h at40 ℃, which was adjusted p H 9 with sodium hydroxide and further crosslinked with glutaraldehyde for 2 h at 70 ℃. After that, chitosan microspheres were washed repeatedly and dehydrated successively with ethanol(30, 50, 80, 95 and 100%) and petroleum ether and finally vacuum dried overnight. The chitosan microspheres was spherical completely, smoothly and no adhesion.2. prepared the creatinine and urea dual-template imprinted material with the surface imprinting technique The imprinted polymers were prepared by non-covalent imprinting of creatinine and urea in a matrix of chitosan microspheres(CMs) crosslinked by glutaraldehyde, methacrylic acid(MAA)as a functional monomer, creatinine and urea as the templates, and the methylene-bis-acrylamide(MBA) as a cross-linker. The highest binding capacities(BCs) of creatinine and urea achieved from the optimized imprinted polymer in the aqueous solution were 9.73 mg·g-1and 7.45 mg·g-1, respectively.Polymer with an imprinting effect(IE) was 1.7 times higher than that of the non-imprinted polymer. It was applied for the further study on adsorption properties of adsorption materials for target molecules in plasma.3. The blood perfusion simulator to study the adsorption performance of materials for target molecules in plasma we studied the protein adsorption ability of adsorption materials and the adsorption capacity of target molecules in plasma by building temporary blood perfusion simulator. The results show that this polymer for creatinine and urea were slightly reduced to 6.71 mg·g-1 and 4.78 mg·g-1, respectively. This work has demonstrated the feasibility of molecular imprinting of creatinine and urea, and the observed absorption performance of the imprinted polymers is encouraging for biomedical applications...
