| Grinding, which is widely used in grinding process, is one of the main methods of precision machining of mechanical parts. The machining precision and efficiency are directly related to the quality, performance and cost of the product. Commonly, the active measurement technology is used to detect and control the machining process. Due to the industry of China started late, domestic active measurement control instrument basically stay in the micro level, in the presence of low precision, poor real-time, complicated operation, display is not intuitive and shortcoming of single function, has been unable to meet the modern industrial market demand. With the rapid development of computer technology, a large number of high performance new technologies software and hardware appears on the market, which lays a foundation for the development of high performance active. To this end, this paper makes a deep study on the working principle of active measuring instrument, developed based on ARM11 kernel and operating system of wince6.0 Z600 type grinding active measuring instrument, and Research on the key technologies in the realization of its functions is applied to, mainly includes the following several parts.1) the overall design of the system development is completed on the basis of the in-depth study of the active measurement control instrument. On the hardware, the comparison and analysis of the development platform based on ARM platform and computer motherboard are made, analysis the I/O functions from active measurement control instrument’s function andthe I/O expansion program which is based on CPLD technology put forward, designed the touch screen and keyboard double interactive human-computer interaction scheme. On the software,the WinCE embedded operating system selected as the operation platform of the systemby using comparison, completed the structure design of the applicationbased on the idea of modular programming, determine the data management scheme which based on SQLite database, these all work laid the foundation for the development and subsequent research ofactive measuring instrument.2) in order to ensure the measurement accuracy and real-time performance, this paper analyzes and studies the error factors and data filtering methods in the process of active measurement controller. According to the actual characteristics of the grinding process, the gross error processing method of measuring in processing use Nixon standards, and measuring after processing use Grubbs criterion put forward. On the basis of the research of digital filtering method, this paper puts forward a method of filtering the extreme sliding filter, which can effectively improve the system’s anti-jamming ability. In this paper, the method of gross error processing and data filtering is designed, and integrated into the measurement system of the active measuring instrument.3) in view of the existing active measurement control instrument mostly uses the signal to monitor the grinding process, which cannot guarantee the real-time control of the grinding process,based on the research based on the process quality control technology, combined with grinding active measuring and controlling characteristics, put forward the "gray- index" composite model of grinding process prediction and control scheme. First set the boundaries of two groups of control, and then through the establishment of "gray index composite forecasting model of sampling data to carry on the forecast, and according to the predicted values and control relations adjusting machining parameters, so as to realize the real-time control of the grinding process, and improve the stability of the grinding process.4) the experiments in this paper researched the rate characteristicsof the active measuring control instrument, verified the feasibility of process quality control technology appliedin active measurement control instrument and the correction of the dimensional prediction model.The active measuring instrument which is researched and development in this paper, has good real-time performance, high measurement accuracy and convenient interactive, can be very good to meet today’s industrial market demand, has a important significance to promote the development of our precision manufacturing technology. |
