Coalbed methane resources are very abundant in our country, which have important significance to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of energy resources and adjusting structure. But one of the characteristics of coalbed methane reservoir is low permeability in China, and the hydraulic fracturing technology which be mainly used at this stage has many problems. Based on the status quo is proposed in this paper an intelligent control of high energy gas fracturing technology based on supercritical CO2, to become the hydraulic fracturing of complementary and alternative,and realize new breakthroughs in fracturing technology, and lay the foundation for the engineering application.This paper studies the principle and characteristics of high energy gas fracturing technology, combined with the characteristics of supercritical CO2 fluid, and designed a kind of liquid CO2 phase changing of high energy gas fracturing generator is driven by gunpowder, and combined with theoretical calculation, the simulation and the measured data on the performance of the fracturing unit are analyzed, and obtained the conclusion of conforming to the requirements of the use.In this paper, based on the technical route of theoretical research,then design,then simulation,then test, high energy gas fracturing generator and its performance are studied, mainly including:At the first, combining research status at home and abroad,high energy gas fracturing technology based on the supercritical CO2 is presented. By analyzing the advantages of this technology and studying the characteristics of supercritical CO2 fluid, it is concluded that the supercritical CO2 of p- t- ρ relationship curve;Secondly, this paper introduces the new fracturing technology system, designed the key institutions- high energy gas fracturing generator structure, analyzing the ultimate strength of the fracturing pipe pressure and diaphragm rupture pressure, which are key components affecting the performance, and by using numerical simulation software Ansys workbench simulation function analysis the main performance of fracturing unit, then draw the conclusion of conforming to the requirements of the use.;Finally, using the test system of fracturing pressure tube were measured, and the measured data is analysised. Through contrast test, determining the rupture in the source of the pressure value is when the temperature rise caused by supercritical CO2 fluid pressure has increased dramatically, rather than a fever medicine blasting gas pressure. By analyzing the measured data from the tube pressure value when diaphragm is broking and temperature peak, compared to more groups of data, the relationship between the quantity of liquid CO2, the diaphragm thickness and heat quantity is obtained.
