To improve the rural environment is the urgent need of the construction of the new socialist countryside, and the urgent need to build the rural ecological civilization and the beautiful China.Of this paper is to explore the legal system of our country rural solid waste pollution prevention and control as a baseline, a comprehensive analysis of the currently status of our country rural garbage pollution and garbage pollution control legislation and specific implementation status, and combined with the world’s major developed countries in this regard advanced system and experience, dialysis the main problems existing in our country, is the most important, the West for reference, proposed some suggestions to perfect the legal system of our country rural solid waste pollution prevention and control.The first part, the author describes the overview of China’s rural garbage pollution, including the definition of rural garbage pollution and hazards and the status of rural garbage pollution in two parts.
