| Cyclotetramethylene tetranitramine(HMX) had these advantages of high density, high energy and high detonation velocity, but it was high sensitive and poor security. While polymer bonder explosive(PBX) based on HMX can not only maintain the explosion property of high explosive, but also have good use of better meachanical property and heat stability of high polymer material. In this paper, the PBXs which are based on HMX and coated with fluororubber F2602 and polyacrylic ester AR-14 will be studied by simulation and experiment, and the main work were as follows:Firstly, the molecular models of fluororubber F2602 and polyacrylic ester AR-14 were builded by molecular dynamics, and then we calculated and compared the binding energy of F2602/HMX and AR-14/HMX. The conclusion was that the binding energy of AR-14/HMX was bigger.Secondly, recrystallization technology was used to refine HMX. Refined HMX and gradational HMX which consisted of refined HMX and raw HMX were as a basic, and were coated with fluororubber, polyacrylic ester, fluororubber/polyacrylic ester through the solution-water suspension to get PBXs. Then we explored the optimum process condition of eight kinds of PBXs, prepared samples, and completed with testing and analysing these datas. The results showed that different samples had different optimum process condition, and their crystals after coating were unchanged, and their samples were nearly spherical. The factors which can influence heat flow included in the types of binder and the sizes of HMX. The factors which can influence decomposition peak temperatuer were the sizes of HMX, the types of binder, and the content of binder. The compatibility of HMX with fluororubber, polyacrylic ester, and fluororubber/polyacrylic ester were all at level 1. The factors which can influence thermal stability included in the types and content of binder, the content of HMX. The rank of binder which effected impact sensitivity were polyacrylic ester, fluororubber/polyacrylic ester, fluororubber. The gradational HMX coated by fluororubber/polyacrylic ester binder had the best mechanical property. |
