| The production workshop of coal preparation plant there are a large number of belt transfer points, transfer chute dust etc.. With the production capacity of coal preparation plant is increasing, the amount of dust transport has seriously affected the site grow with each passing day, staff of coal preparation plant’s physical and mental health, but also to bring a lot of security risks in coal preparation plant. Coal flow from the on-line equipment the reprint transfer chute to off the assembly line equipment, produced around the feeding chute induced airflow will be adsorbed on coal surface of fine dust particle bonding, coal flow fell off the assembly line equipment, the induced airflow carrying a lot of dust particles form local high pressure overflow outward from the guide groove around the gap. The common dust removal equipment in coal preparation plant has the problems of low dust removal efficiency, high maintenance cost and short service life, the main purpose is to reduce the concentration of dust, this paper is mainly produced from the dust control dust source by changing the structure of the transfer chute. In this paper, based on the Euler method and Lagrange method, Individual dust particles were selected as the research objects, the complex motion of dust particles and induced airflow is simplified, the use of Fluent simulation of Longwan coal preparation plant 301# conveyor belt transfer chute and tail dust concentration, the simulation results are consistent with the field test results, which proves the correctness of the simulation.Based on the simulation results, clarify transshipment point of dust precipitation mechanism, put forward the related factors influence the concentration of transshipment point dust, through the experiment improved reproduced chute structure, measured reproduced chute improved transshipment point around the working environment of PM2.5 values for 73 to meet national requirements for coal preparation plant work ambient fine particulate concentrations. Experimental results show that the appropriate reduce coal flow speed in the reproduced in the chute can control the induced airflow to get trough pressure, reduce the dust guide trough overflow, thereby reducing the dust concentration around the transshipment point, improve the operating environment of the scene.Reasonable control of dust concentration can not only give workers to create a good working environment, to protect the physical and mental health of workers, but also to promote the development of coal preparation plant to become a green, environmentally friendly enterprises. The theoretical method and gas solid two phase flow simulation results have a certain reference value for the study of dust control. |
