Systematically this paper studied on stress distribution of NO.11 coal roadway groups in west wing of Zhujixi coal mine and its influence on the roadway layout and analyzed the roadway excavation stress and its surrounding rock stability by using field geological survey and test, laboratory rock mechanics test, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, and put forward the distortion and stability of mechanism and the optimization of supporting schemeThe deformation characteristics of roadway groups were got from the field geological investigation. The environment of surrounding of roadway groups were obtained from the laboratory test and field test. The roadway layout angle of NO.11 coal roadway groups in west wing was get by using the method of combining theoretical analysis and FLAC3D numerical simulation.The theoretical analysis shows that the stress field and displacement field of surrounding rock during excavation of NO.11 coal roadway groups in west wing.The large numerical model of NO.11 coal roadway groups in west wing was established by FLAC3D. The plastic zone and stress field and displacement field and disturbance effects during roadway excavating between each roadway of mine groups were analyzed.The results show that:the two stress field of roadway excavation superimposed on each other in the tunnel. On the basis of the original supporting design, the stress field and plastic zone of surrounding rock influence law during the near roadway drivage were analyzed and found out the weak parts of the roadway supporting and determined reasonable compensation schemes.Based on the groups of surrounding rock of roadway deformation mechanism, the optimizational supporting schemes for each of roadway among the groups are proposed applying the theoretical analysis and engineering analogy. For roadway support, a multilevel combination schemes are applied. The engineering practice shows that the deformation of the surrounding rock is controlled in the reasonable range after the new support scheme is adopted and that the problem of the instability of NO.11 coal roadway groups in west wing can be solved.
