| Self-rescuer is a personnel individual breathing apparatus,when underground fire, gas and coal dust explosion, coal and gas outburst, self-rescuer can prevent harmful gas poisoning or asphyxiation. Traditional self-rescuer is short time,it produce high temperature and drying gas that endangering the user’s health. Therefore, the study of self-rescuer secure long oxygen is necessary.Based on traditional chemical oxygen self-rescuer to military oxygen candle in oxygen technology. Using an electric heating method, designed a foil with sharp corners starter. In this paper, foil initiator led by miner power, the instantaneous heating oxygen generation candle exploded high heat producing oxygen. Through continuous experiments and tests, developed to the coal mine self-rescuer oxygen candle formulations. Reasonable control of sodium chlorate and catalyst ratios to ensure rescuer gas production rate and respiration rate to match the user. The self-rescuer and miner integrated, easy to carry, the fundamental solution to the miners in the pit when not wearing self-rescuer problem. When disaster occurs underground, the miners can breathe in time to open self-rescuer. It increases the possibility of escape of the miners to provide more protection for the lives and safety of miners. |
