With the continuous development of China’s oil and gas fields to deep ultra-deep direction,well productivity layer distributed more complex,which makes oil exploitation conditions increasingly complex.Compared with conventional oil and gas field development,the temperature and pressure of the well drilling,drilling and production technology of the demand is higher and higher,which also makes its design and manufacturing requirements of matched Ram BOP are increasing,no matter whether the sealed performance or reliability as well as life,it also gives domestic researchers on the future development of the Ram BOP proposed a new direction,namely the design is more simple in structure,sealing material is more and more flexible,the size specifications are more perfect,in terms of performance,it is more excellent,and used to all kinds of complicated conditions,applied more widely,working life has been further improved,Ram BOP rubber core is the main sealing element,the sealing performance will directly determine whether Ram BOP to work properly.In order to improve the rubber core sealing performance,it is very important to prevent uncontrolled blowout,the researchers of Ram BOP rubber core sealing performance is very important.This paper focuses on the sealing performance of Ram BOP rubber core.Ram BOP is a very important equipment in well control operation process,it mainly depends on elastic rubber core to realize the pressure control in tubing operation.According to Ram BOP applications in the field there have been some problems,such as sealing performance is not satisfactory,the assembly pressure test is complex,and the success rate is not high on-site construction.In order to deeply study through pipei ram of FZ35-105 Ram BOP,in this paper,a physical model,which is based on its practical structure has been established and finite element method is used to perform simulation calculation.Rules of the deformation and contact pressure of the rubber core are found while the tubing are going through.In this paper,based on the FZ35-105 Ram BOP rubber core as an example,Through the structure and working principle of ram BOP,using a flexible sealing theory to analyze the forces at work in the plastic tube,based on the factors affecting the Ram BOP rubber core sealing performance is analyzed.Through the use of rubber core material analysis,evaluation of the mechanical behavior of flexible sealing material was studied.Compare different rubber constitutive model analysis results with the experimental data on the rubber material,according to the actual work of the ram BOP choice of suitable constitutive model,so as to improve the next finite element analysis provide the foundation.Using the finite element analysis method,the various factors affecting the performance of the sealing rubber core are analyzed in the simulation.Get the influences of the friction factor,loading cones and rubber hardness of the rubber core sealing performance.Through the above analysis,Obtained contact pressure rubber core rule under different friction factor,under different friction coefficient maximum contact pressure differ greatly,and the friction factor either too large or too small is not conducive to sealing rubber core,the friction coefficient plays an important role in rubber core sealing performance at the sealing sleeve,by comparing the rubber85 and the rubber90 in comparative analysis,the rubber90 is more stable than rubber 85in sealing performance,it is concluded that the degree of various factors that affect the sealing rubber core performance of the adhesive,so as to improve the sealing performance ram BOP provide a theoretical basis.By comparing the fracture mechanics methods, damage mechanics research methods and Fatigue Life Research Methods,With the S-N curves to study the fatigue life of the rubber core materia,The maximum number of stress cycles with the approximate linear relationship, Obtain the specified number of cycles corresponding to the theoretical life of rubber core.According to the results of the calculation,we know that the minimum fatigue life cycles and life weakest position of Ram BOP rubber core is the edge of the plastic core rubber core and edge position of the contact plane,which the rubber core most likely to be destroyed.
