Daqing Refining Chemical Company 1.0 Mt/aARGG device currently running cycle is short, not regular shutdown of repair problems in the running for a long period of time there is a big gap compared with in the same industry at home and abroad also.Paper according to the operating condition of a ARGG unit, of long period run of the affecting factors and reasons for the in-depth analysis and research, the results showed that the main factors including:(1) reaction system in the riser and coking of settler;(2) slurry system within the CPC slurry steam generator tube bundle, coking jams and CRC after transforming coking equipment does not match the increased system;(3) catalyst running loss;(4) equipment in the pipeline pot system scaling, regenerator lining drop and medium pressure hot line leak and three rotation within single pipe scale equipment such as corrosion and scale formation;(5) Fouling caused by failure.In order to achieve the purpose of the device running smoothly for a long time, in this paper, the optimized improvement measures are put forward to solve above each main factors, including:(1) through raw material optimization and operation optimization to slow coking reaction system and fractionation system;(2) from strengthening the recovery efficiency of cyclone separator and prevent catalyst thermal collapse and other measures to prevent the catalyst running loss;(3) to optimize the operating conditions of raw materials, optimization of the system again, to optimize the catalyst varieties and strictly control the range hood, the improvement of the comprehensive machine scaling problems;(4) by optimizing operation, the material upgrade, solves the problem such as pipeline leak plugging caused by corrosion;(5) through the perfect management measures, especially emphasized the daily monitoring for the equipment and scientific management, prolong the service life of equipment.Through the improvement, the problems existing in the operation of a set of ARGG plant got obvious improvement, equipment failure rate greatly reduced, units of planned downtime and device significantly reduce unplanned shutdown, production and maintenance costs significantly reduced, economic benefit and social benefit is remarkable.
