With three mining development, oilfield water composition is complicated, increasing the difficulty of treatment. The station has been fully polymer sewage treatment in Xingbei oilfield water flooding, of which twelve apricot sewage station has more than 400mg/L polymer concentration, the lowest eleven apricot sewage station polymer concentration is83mg/L.See the sewage water flooding after polymer emulsion, higher degree, it is difficult to separate, the settling efficiency becomes low, thus affecting the effectiveness of subsequent filtering system. At the same time, the resulting increase in viscosity of polymer containing sewage, impurity adsorption to remove and clean, serious pollution, water treatment effect.Filter material expansion rate of change as a result of the change of viscosity of wastewater will, same backwashing strength, viscosity, the greater expansion ratio higher, if not timely adjustment of backwashing intensity, easy cause filter expanded height is too high, cause filter loss.At present, I plant the sewage station in the implementation of personalized backwashing,but backwashing parameters is relatively fixed, the lack of a set of feasible backwashing parameters optimization scheme, each station parameters cannot be based on changes in water quality timely adjustment, the impact of the regeneration effect of the filter.To solve the above problems, the filter regeneration effect of factors, according to the research results of the optimization of backwashing parameters and solve the problems existing in the production and operation, to improve my factory sewage station filtered water is an important and urgent practical significance.
