In the late oilfield development in our country, the composition of wax in crude oil is high, The viscosity of crude oil is also generally higher. Most of crude oil transportation mode use pipeline transport,and using heat transfer. The energy consumption cost of pipeline transportation mainly includes two aspects: on the one hand, it is to provide heat for crude oil transportation heating costs, on the other hand, it is the power consumption of the crude oil pipeline. Usually, due to the actual operating parameters of crude oil pipeline are not reasonable. so that the energy consumption of crude oil pipeline is too large, resulting in higher energy costs. Therefore, this article has carried on the essential research to the crude oil pipeline energy conservation and consumption reduction operation.In the process of the operation of A crude oil pipeline, According to the actual operation characteristics of crude oil pipeline, The thermal calculation model, hydraulic calculation model and energy consumption analysis model of crude oil pipeline are established. In order to reduce the calculation value of energy consumption theory and the error of the actual energy consumption data of crude oil pipeline, In this paper, the inverse algorithm is used to calculate the total heat transfer coefficient of crude oil transportation pipeline.In this paper, the total energy consumption cost of A crude oil pipeline is at least as the objective function of the mathematical model. Set in the A crude oil pipeline outbound temperature and oil transfer pump combinations as the decision variables of the function. Put the crude oil in and out of the station temperature,flow rate, energy consumption of heating furnace, the constraint conditions of pump unit energy consumption as objective function. The A crude oil pipeline energy consumption optimization mathematical model is established. optimize the selection of operation plan. According to the structural characteristics of the mathematical model of energy consumption optimization, the mathematical model is solved by the improved genetic algorithm.Using Visual Basic6.0 software integration research platform, completed the development of A crude oil pipeline energy consumption analysis and operation software. The main function of this software is to optimize the oil inlet and outlet temperature of the crude oil pipeline, and to optimize the pump distribution of the pump station. With the example of the A crude oil pipeline, the simulation calculation is completed, and the influence of different temperature and heat efficiency on the energy consumption of the pipeline was analyzed.
