Subsea christmas tree is a critical equipment for offshore oilfield evelopment,and its conditions can determine the operations of the whole subsea production system.Subsea christmas tree develops rapidly in recent years.In this paper,the development status of subsea christmas tree at home and broad is researched,and the foreign technology of subsea christmas tree is quite mature,widely used in oil and gas field development.However, the subsea christmas tree are used in only a small number of domestic oil and gas fields,and there is no domestic subsea tree applied in oil and gas development.The technology is fully monopolized by foreign,and the gap between domestic and foreign is obvious.Therefore,the study of the structure design of subsea christmas tree plays an important role in the development of offshore oil and gas fields.The system of subsea christmas tree have lots of parts,its control system is complicated.This article mainly carried on the research and analysis of the operation of the subsea christmas tree.Meanwhile,subsea christmas tree structure design is analyzed in the theory.Including the selection of the design,the selection of structure type,design of structure of the the external panel and functional design requirements.In addtion to,the subsea tree tubing hanger is also carried out. The advantages and disadvantages of the menchanical structure of the horizontal and vertical subsea christmas tree are completed.This paper mainly completed the structure design of subsea christmas tree,the integral structure design of subsea christmas tree includes the design scheme and the design criterion.The structure design of the subsea christmas tree is mainly introduced in the six part:subsea christmas Treebody,subseatree and wellhead return system,wellhead connector,subsea christmas tree cap,valve,theROV control panel,the circuit design of subsea tree are completed,including the main circuit design,the design of the loop circuit,the design of the injection circuit.The structure design of the tubing hanger is mainly completed the design of the tubing hanger body and the design of the central axis of the lock.The simulation analysis of subsea christmas tree is completed by means of the finite element analysis software. The structural thermal analysis theory is studied in the simulation analysis of the tubing hanger.The simulation analysis of the tubing hanger thermal stress is completed,It is concluded that the stress and strain of the tubing hanger is in the allowable range,In the simulation analysis of the structure of the subsea christmas tree,The establishment of the mechanical model of the subsea christmas tree is completed.,The calculation of the whole system structure under the condition of normal oil production is completed,The effects of different water depth and different oil and gas temperature on the structure intensity of subsea christmas tree are summarized.
