Along with oil fields entered the development mid and late part, secking for the remaining oil with the reasonable effective method appears especially important. The development reservoir fine description and remaining oil distripbution rule analysis, for the oil field adjustment development program and enhancing oil recovery provides the advantageous basis.Yushulin Oilfield is a fault-lithologic reservoir with the characteristics of Ultra-low permeability, low production and low abundance, in which Fuyang oil layers are the major developable reservoirs. The third type of Fuyang oil layers with rock air permeability less than 2mD, has a 80 content in the proven reserves and a 64 content in the developed reserves. East 14 th Block is a typical reservoir in these layers, in which the water-flooding area is faced with injection increasingly hard and the gas-flooding area is faced with production reduction because of gas channeling.On the basis of discussion about geologic settings of Daqing Yushulin Oilfield and the results of previous, the research through techniques of seismic, logging, geometry and reservoir description, shows that the major layers of East 14 th Block are mainly concentrated on YⅠ6-YⅠ7 layers. Based on this, through reservoir numerical simulation and engineering calculation methods, the research shows that YⅠ62 is the the largest geological reserve of surplus, which is a major adjustment development program. The research on the numerical simulation of CO2-WAG is carried out for six plans, which result is showed as follows. For horizontal well S36-P27 of CO2-WAG, in current period the best plan is 18m3/d of water injection rate, 10m3/d of gas injection rate, 1:1 of gas water rate, 0.06 PV of slug size, 0.12 PV of annual injection, three months water and three months gas of alternate cycle.The research results in this paper for East 14 th Block of Yushulin Oilfield adjustment development program and enhancing oil recovery provide the advantageous basis.
