Research And Application Of Horizontal Well Acidizing Technology

Because of own superiority of Horizontal well, it is being given more and more attention.However, horizontal well formation pollution is usually worse than straight wells,and it will lead to the sharp decline in production capacity. Using effective acidizing operational measures will help greatly release productivity of horizontal wells.The development technology of horizontal well in low permeability reservoir has become the focus of peripheral oilfields, and an important technical means for efficient mining. Because the deep complex structure, production process of oil pollution, in drilling and long horizontal section of the horizontal well is serious, we need to plug removal. Long horizontal well matrix acidizing, the acid properties, effective acid, technology and fluid distribution implementation have more difficult than straight wells acidification, and the smooth and coiled tubing acidizing, influenced by reservoir heterogeneity, high permeability layer at the same pressure the system is low, not up to the purpose of the homogeneous acidification, main problems of horizontal well acidizing technology to solve the problem,first is based on the reservoir pollution factors, according to objective layer geological characteristics and fluid properties of the strong acid formula system, the second is the separator machinery research in the strict sense subsection acidizing process, controlling level in different parts of the acidizing treatment intensity, so as to achieve the purpose of uniform acidification.
